While we work diligently on your behalf, Nex Level Financial does not guarantee the removal of any specific item from your credit report or a specific credit score improvement.

7. Limitation of Liability

Nex Level Financial will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
